There’s one category here on From up North where I haven’t posted as much content as the other ones, and that category is 3D or CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery). So I thought it was about time to change all that. And why not do it with true a master in the field? Christophe Huet is a french artist who uses CGI and Photoshop to create some incredible pieces. He often uses a mix of photos and CGI and when I look at his work I’m just amazed that some sections actually are 3D rendered. Just take a peak at the images below, and you’ll know what I mean. More of Christophe’s work can be found on his website where he also has a really cool “Making of…” section.

(Note: Christophe emphasizes on his site that these images aren’t made by him alone but with the support of all the people of the creative team. Credits on Christophe’s Huet web site www.asile-paris.com)
